Over the years, the muscle behind Chain Construction has been built working on various types of engagements including Land Development, Historical Restoration, Adaptive Re-Use, Tenant Improvements, Hospitality, and Residential. Each project we choose to take on is holistically thought through, intelligently planned and professionally managed with strong attention to detail.  Although traditional approaches are very linear, we know that construction can be anything but. Bringing a project through to the finish line takes a calm, creative, and rational individual with experience to aid in value engineering and finding alternate routes. Couple that with a client focused mindset, you’ll discover Chain Construction is the ideal General Contracting partner.

Coyle’s Bakeshop

Chain was tapped to retrofit an existing building within the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle with a custom steel awning and sidewalk cafe. The construction had a complex structural component along with a tricky installation without disrupting two operating businesses and a heavy trafficked neighborhood.

Eden Hill Provisions

Chain was engaged to build out the second installation of Petty’s critically-acclaimed restaurant on Queen Anne. Eden Hill Provisions is a new family-friendly casual offshoot with just the right balance of style and comfort. The space was designed by Best Practice Architecture and converted from a previous tenant.

Cupcake Royale

Chain partnered with Cupcake Royale to relocate their Pike Place Market Store to a vacant space next door. The new space was smaller, but required the same functionality and customer experience. Chain worked closely with Best Practice Architecture to deliver a local, crowd-favorite coffee and cupcake shop to thousands of tourists that walk through the market everyday.

Onemish Lodge

A historical adaptive reuse of an early 1900’s storage warehouse in Skykomish, WA.  The building was tastefully redesigned and renovated into an extended stay 5-unit facility.
